What onboarding and the included builds cover
- Onboarding: discovery, account access review, a reusable branded email template, basic audience configuration, and tracking setup. The $500 fee is the same across all plans.
- Automated sequences: the included sequences are initial builds, additional to the monthly campaign emails. They are maintained rather than rebuilt each month. Core covers one purpose, such as welcoming subscribers or following up on an inquiry.
- Landing page: Premium includes one template-based page for one offer and one primary action, with copy, mobile checks, and a connected form or booking link. It is an initial build, not a new page every month.
- Minor updates: changes to existing text, links, offers, or timing. New journeys, substantial redesigns, migrations, database cleanup, and custom integrations are separately scoped.
- Implementation: timing is agreed at kickoff across the initial three months, based on access, usable data, and your approvals. Automated follow-up uses agreed triggers and stops when the intended action occurs or a reply needs your team's attention.
- Meetings: Core's optional monthly reporting call is combined with the quarterly strategy meeting when they fall in the same month.

- Build a plan around your priorities At kickoff, we gather your ideas, review your contact sources and systems, and agree on topics, approvals, and implementation milestones.
- Launch, review, and improve We handle campaign production and the tools included in your plan. You receive a monthly performance summary, with recommendations and review meetings according to your package.

A few things to know before we talk
Why is there a three-month commitment?
The initial period gives us time to learn your business, complete the agreed setup, establish a consistent schedule, and review how your audience responds. Each plan starts with three months plus $500 onboarding. Payment, renewal, and cancellation terms are set out in your proposal before you sign.
What do you need from me?
Your expertise, accurate business updates, existing assets, and timely approvals. Starter relies on updates you supply. With Core and Premium, we gather ideas through our meetings and repurpose suitable existing content. Your team remains responsible for sales and customer-service conversations.
Do I need a large email list?
No fixed list size qualifies every business. We look at who is on your list, how they subscribed, what you offer, and whether ongoing communication is likely to be useful. If you are starting from scratch, we'll discuss the list-building work and whether a monthly plan makes sense yet.
Which tools do you use?
We primarily use HighLevel for email, forms, follow-up, and landing pages. We'll review your current tools before recommending a setup. Compatibility, access, and any migration or integration work are confirmed before we begin.
What costs extra?
Software and sending usage are quoted separately. Additional campaigns, forms, sequences, pages, substantial cleanup, and custom integrations also require an agreed scope. SMS, AI receptionists, full website builds, and social media management are not included in these packages.
Can I change plans or customize the scope?
Yes. We can discuss a different campaign volume or additional services and confirm the revised scope, fee, and effective date in writing. Standard onboarding is $500 regardless of your starting tier. New technical work may need a separate quote.
Do you guarantee bookings or revenue?
No. Results depend on your audience, offer, timing, and customer experience. We commit to the agreed work, consistent execution, and honest reporting. Where tracking is available, we review replies, inquiries, bookings, and other relevant actions alongside email engagement.
